Hi EmpowerFit, I'm Abby! I recently graduated from the University of Alberta with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and am currently completing the CSEP-CPT certification process.
As a kinesiologist, I believe it is important to promote exercise using a patient-centred and evidence based approach. I strive to help clients create positive physical activity experiences tailored to your unique goals and interests.
My passion for staying active was fostered through years of playing competitive soccer. After experiencing my own injuries, I was able to turn this passion towards weight lifting, running, and studying kinesiology. In my free time you can find me playing and coaching soccer, hiking, or socializing / being active with friends and family!
